refund has been denied. They say that since it has been tracked as delivered to my address and is therefore successful, they cant refund me. They say to contact the payment provider if i want to investigate further. What should I do?

Then as per their comment below, ask them to explain how a package that's marked as successfully delivered to your address, Is relevant to your claim for missing goods from the package Itself.

Are you in the UK? I did a Pandora ring and as it’s holiday season I said I needed for tomorrow and I named tomorrow as my girlfriends bday. They ship with yodel last time I did them. DNA it’s self worked for me. Let me know how it went.

You should have done the EB on this. They always refund with that quickly. I’m my experience in the U.K.

Got the refund. Just said that the other team sent me a response that didnt correlate to my problem and if i could be refunded for the missing item.

After they were told of the Irrelevant response, did they Immediately process the refund?
