i just got a message from apple. it approved the refund

I sent the photo of the PR to Apple last night, now I'm waiting for their feedback.

what incident did you file the PR under? also what region are you? i did this on amazon.uk and i'm in the exact same situation. debating whether to PR or legit return. one last thing, did you do the PR online? thanks
