nah, just had to write to them. First time they said that the package was delivered properly i obviously said that i dont received it to my hands, and then i just had to wait over 2 weeks

The currier is texting me to ask neighb's and also he said that "The gps location shows that the package was delivered in your block. The manager asks if there is any monitoring in the block and how much was the package worth?"
Should I reply to him? Or just wait for a response from HM?
Did them recently, it was pretty easy UK under 200

Mine is taking a while too. They are in communication with the carrier. Does any company just refund in the chat anymore ffs?

The cost of administration and manpower, Is not worth pursuing the claim - It will outweigh the Item cost tenfold+

Local state postal service. Thankfully not a private carrier, as I DNA'd all of them multiple times over the past few months.
