someone else had told me same had happened to them however he had tried again in a couple days via live chat and a different operator had refunded him, not sure to do this as if chats stay they will see i have already tried and been instructed to get a pr

Because It's not a theft-related Incident, don't be surprised If the police refuse to provide the report.
also in this case if police if refuse to give the report how would i then go about refunding with amazon as they said nothing can be done till pr has been seen and verified

damn i see reckon i should try live chat again tommorow? and if it doesnt work PR should come within a few days and then i can tell show them whatver the outcome is or is it making it obvious by going to chat again

police wouldnt actually make a full report right? just making a email saying case closed and they cant do nothing then send that to amazon, still awaiting whether i should try live chat again with the eb process and see if i get a nicer person or would not recommend?

i had tried the chat again seemed more hopeful however he gave me a different reply this time saying

so i had already emailed on 19th got a email back saying to report the crime online as i already did.
now how would the police actually give me the go ahead to return, would they visit im not sure but they mentioned the weight was correct before so would saying it was a EB not work? as i cannot just remove the cpu. comes with cooler and all
