If he communicated with some sort of resolution, It's a different matter altogether, however given he's active and fails to respond pretty much explains his Intentions.

If he doesn't change his behaviour, he'll be losing a lot more than customers - all It takes Is one very angry buyer to pursue It on a personal level.
