Correct.

That's "If" the factory has CCTV - not all do.

If so and Amazon decides to liaise with the manufacturer, they'll refer to the Item batch number to see whether Issues have been reported with that shipment of goods - which Is very difficult to Identify/pinpoint "your" actual product.

So its unlikely that amazon will reach out to the manfacturer.

Update:
Worked out perfectly, the chat only took a couple of minutes, they refunded almost instantly.
I was asked to send the empty box back but I made a story up and wasn't required to send the box back.
Again thanks for your help and guidance.

I decided to first try to SE the SSD since it would be easier. Next time I will try to SE a CPU.

If you're going to EB It, as you're aware, the CPU cannot be viewed externally.

If opting to SE the entire contents (CPU and Its packaging), It may well take the weight over the 120 gram limit - which Is why I'm suggesting only the CPU. The lighter the weight, the better the chance of success.

Thanks for your advice, as you described I will only remove the CPU and leave the packaging in the box.
