i think ftid is better, dna is very old methd, doesnt work for me

Then you don't have the SE skills to do so. DNA and EB are old methods yes, but they still work. I did some research myself about ftid, and it will only work if some employees are just not doing their job - and they are catching up on edited labels etc...
If you need help with a DNA just ask the forum. And if it still won't work, try other methods (wrong item, dry ice).

He's saying don't just do chicken scratch and say it wasn't you. Sign as some random name, but make sure you can read the name

Should take up to two weeks to arrive btw
