Update: The item is arriving soon (a few days max, I assume), I will keep you guys updated after moving on with my method, I made a lot of videos, and image evidence of the same item model
I will proceed with the "Disposal of faulty item" method because I think it's the most fitting. and I will use live chat as a means of communication, and I also have extra evidence to help.

It's being shipped from amazon.de (Germany) not Spain (a different item, I won't SE Spain for personal reasons), if there are any details regarding amazon.de, let me know.

Update 2: the same situation so far regarding orders, it's arriving soon. most likely 3-6 days and an extra one day before I commit the SE method

I've written around 7000+ characters on my note-taking app (local of course), to gather all the evidence I have (or made)

I currently have found it that I can SE 2 of my friends orders (the previous one and another one, same model of laptop for college) they don't live near each other but are in the same city
I did some brainstorming and found some similarities, before I was aware of SE'ing (this would be my first) I accessed them on the same device !!

Both accounts have similarities :
Have been accessed from the same IP before
Are in the same city
Same Laptop model, close delivery date
close address, 45 minutes on foot usually

Do note that one of them is using an actual credit card and the other is VCC, but it's easy to request from the bank to change my credit card number.

Is it possible to SE both devices? they are completely different people, different families, different names, and different addresses. and I will of course use different methods.
I know I should be advised against greed, but this will be a one-time thing and all parties don't care about the account health since we are in dire need of this to work once on each account only.

any thoughts will be very appreciated, and thank every and each one for investing your time. hopefully, after it works I will provide proof of success and try my best to spread my knowledge here Smile

ah also for those who need to combine details here :

Company to be SE'ed: Amazon Germany
Carrier: UPS, the package is arriving soon
No photos will be taken, most likely no OTP but not 100% sure.

If that's the case and every Identifiable detail has been changed, you're essentially working with two unrelated profiles.

As such, the SE Is good to go.

Update : one of the two laptops arrived, the carrier asked for my friend ID which I had before he arrived and he also met my friend (the guy having the id pic), he took the ID card number and wrote it down and also made my friend sign twice his full name, so most likely DNA is out of the question due to the ID and phone verification, we checked the laptop and everything is fine, and UPS called to notify us AGAIN but we (sadly) said it arrived, this is the friend with the actual credit card not virtual credit card.

any thoughts for methods that don't require returns? we are really desperate for SE but afraid of amazon re-billing the card, also we don't care about the account health

oddly enough both UPS and Amazon show me this :

Do I repeat the same method across the 2 laptops? also, it's kind of hard to get evidence that couldn't be easily found on google, would I be able to use the same evidence? since it's the same laptop

No, select one laptop.

It's highly unlikely that two laptops lost functionality to the point of having being disposed of.

What evidence are you referring to?

Fake image and video evidence mixed in with real evidence of serial numbers and POD
So since DNA and EB are out of the question, and also I can't return the items. I can only really SE one item right?
