As I tought! Do you think it's best to do it straight away or wait a few days before asking for DNA?
And also directly to PayPal or maybe try and first go through their support? (I think I should try first with them and use PayPal as a safety net..)

Alright guys, so I contacted them today, saying that the package did not arrive. Since it was shipped through UPS, rep told me that they would open a ticket and get back to me in a few days with a response from UPS. Does this sound good to you?
(Oh and also I was SEing another company, that unfortunately shipped through UPS as well... so no DNA for them. No EB either because of weight... what do you suggest?)

Does this sound good to you?The DNA triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not, so there's no cause for concern - It's simply part of protocol to move forward with the claim.

It went weirdly onestly. The UPS guy came at my door today because he received the notice. We spoke for like half an hour, but I put it as if the package got stolen in the meantime my sister went to pick it up. He is saying that probably he is going to have to pay for it... What can I do here to not make him pay? (Like any UPS warranty/something...)

Thats kind of odd. Never heard of a case where the driver needed to pay. Would wait for an answer from mothered. But I would honestly stick with my story - I think its just to scare you but maybe I'm dead wrong...
