Not with a PayPal dispute/claim - they tend to side with the seller based on tracking confirmation.

Because when I bought the remove shoe box option I reminded them because sometimes they leave shoe boxes in the package

The only real option is Unauthorized payment on PayPal. They won't care if it's not arrived just like they don't care if customs take your package for importing counterfeit goods. Once it leaves their warehouse they don't take responsibility for it. At best they will give you some small discount vouchers for shipping next time.
