I would like to ask if when I will receive the order and contact them by chat I have to tell that the box of the watch is empty and/or the external box was damaged

Simply say that upon opening the box, the watch was missing.

Tell them it hasn't been tampered with. If you do, they'll most likely ask for a police report, since it'd have been stolen during transit. This isn't what you want.

Take your time to reply - the claim my well be approved In the meanwhile. If It Isn't, that's when you mention the tampering. It serves as a backup If the claim Is declined.

and in addiction usually my parcel from amz.jp from dhl are handled to my doorman service, so in theory i've the excuse that i've to take time to check by contacting the doorman service
