There's no need to FTID anything when the deal's about a toothbrush. Just send them an empty box (the handle alone weighs < 120 grams) and that's it.
It's NOT automatic at all, they'll see they received an empty box, but they'll often make one-time exceptions and send you a replacement / refund you anyway.

Hmm, looks like you lack the understanding what FTID is. Let me rephrase it - Send a edited label attached to a letter and put it in the post box. After 7 Days - if it says delivered ( success ) they will automatically send replacement unit out if not you need to contact support with pop ( proof of postage ) fake receipt and your done. Then takes 3-5 days to receive. Simple as it is.  I have done 20 at a time and its worked fine. I have a script so it saves alot of time - you would need to do it manually.

Don't play smartass with me: I perfectly know what a FTID is.
So, since you lack the understanding of what "there's no need to FTID anything" means, lemme rephrase it for you: why go through the hassle of editing a label when you can simply box them for the same result?

Maybe with SEing 1 item each boxing will be fine, if your trying to do 20 at a time - that isn't going to work.
