I took mine from a recent sold item on ebay! I've got through the first 2 emails so far. How far down the line did you recive this?

Easy as cake. I got a replacement shipped on the 3rd email from them, with everything finalized in less than 2 hours.

Unless the new S/N is very similar I’d start again with a fresh RMA.

Successfully got a warranty claim approved. Found the S/N online from a random news article.
PAX likely doesn't want you to ship products back, because the products all contain cannabis residue. Shipping it back could open them up to federal interstate investigations. I'm curious if this method would work well with other cannabis related vendors.
