(Update) I received a new email that my return request has been accepted and to print a shipping label to return the package. I am confused as I stated the sunglasses weren’t inside the box. After my original email it said to wait 2 days for a response should I wait to see another email before proceeding with anything or contact them again asking why I was asked to make a return?

(Update) Success! I received an email confirming my refund was successful back to my original payment method. Like many have said Sunglass Hut is very easy to SE and the process was fairly quick and smooth. It took less than a week from order to refund.

Just call them. EB or DNA they don’t ask any questions and will approve a refund.
