Wonderful, congrats.

I've read a handful of successful SEs In the last day or so. The power of manipulation continues to maintain Its effectiveness, and always will.

Been busy lately and forgot to update. Eventually the claim was closed and Kingston issued me a refund. Did take a bit of time.
Congratulations! Did it require a lot of back and forth emailing?

The process with chat support was relatively straight forward. They opened an investigation with UPS. When the carrier came knocking, I didn't open my door on 2 attempts before they closed it. Afterward, they offer to reship it but to a more secure address. I declined claiming it was a time sensitive component needed for client, hence a refund would be appreciated since I purchased a replacement else where.

Just note that Kingston and neweggs are 2 companies who actually open investigations with carriers.
