Random completely unrelated, saw you had over 150 nsp, you can head over to upgrade up there and get bronze if you choose.
Related to this. I think I tried EB with OnePlus (not for a phone) a while ago and it was a failure as well.
Have you gone and tried the Oculus, that seems to still be working with EB.

I feel like saying you received nothing in your parcel at all has a higher success rate. Is this what you said with OnePlus?

They usually side with the seller based on tracking confirmation when claiming a DNA.
