They asking descrippion of item do I just say airpods or something faulty airpods or? And they asking how did I ship it back do I just say DHL Parcel (It was DHL parcel but i dropped it of National post because they send it to the DHL, but DHL sended it to deutsche post)

**UPDATE** finally got refunded just got a confirmation email from my refund. Seems like package have lost somewhere so they just refunded me. Now I am asking am I safe to sell those for friend of mine without them getting blacklisted or anything?
