I have attempted to contact them, but it seems that I have been blocked, as I has received a error from Gmail, stating so.

I fully understand you're doing your utmost best to contact them, and It's appalling that a company on the scale of ASOS Is treating their customer with total disrespect.

Agents work different shifts, so use live chat at a time where It does not correspond with previous sessions that have been terminated/Ignored.
