Royal Mail are really making it difficult right now because they’re trying to get me to send pictures of my doorway to match it to the picture. I’ve given The operator sort of an idea it is not my house

They did just dump it on my porch however they’re convinced it’s inside a household due to the picture having shoes and a mat.
I said that the picture just shows “the package dumped on a porch” I didn’t say it was my porch

They said “ Hello Chris, This issue is out of my hands, I have passed this onto our company directors who will be in contact later today”
I feel like they might get authorities involved or it might get serious.

I’ve kind of said to them I’m frustrated I haven’t had a response from the senior member and that I’m requesting for a refund asap
