Why didn't they accept the serial numbers?

I dont know, no Matter what problem the mouse had, the thing i ask for refund/replacement ( mostly replacement ), they kept asking for SN photo ( i was sending the photo correcty, because i had the mouse with the sn photoshoped ), they also asked for a pop ( tried a few with Amazon, refused, tried some with a spanish shop, refused ), so i dont know what to do sincerely, if i get a pop from pcoomponentes or the shop the lastest pop mentions, i may try again

I'm at a loss as to why they didn't explain themselves and kept repeating the same request.

Given PcComponentes Is Spanish, are they able to cross-check the POP?

I can recommend you to make a Fnac one and print it and take a picture of it instead, taking a picture makes it harder to detect if it was manipulated. Really successful in my case.

Do you have the Fnac template? I would need it

Yes I'm aware of that.

My question relates to whether or not the store will Issue the POP In Spanish, and If It can be cross-checked In that language. Some companies find other languages difficult to translate, or they simply can't be bothered with It.

RE: SN Logitech method SPAIN - Nevernowhy - 08-25-2022

I've reached out to Logitech a number of times in the past 10 years with the same excuse of mouse double clicking. I provided them the sn# and they send out a replacement for free. They did not require the defected unit to be shipped back.

One time they no longer made that mode so they ask me to choose one of similar or lessor value.

Would you mind helping me?
