I emailed them in the morning regarding no update and I was emailed a few hours later that they are sorry for that, and that they have refunded me the amount.

Aussie here too and just wondering, I’m about to do an Amazon Aus DNA and wanted to ask; which courier business delivered the items to you and how old / how many purchases were on your Amazon Aus account when you Dna’d the Headphones, mate?

Amazon logsitics delivered it to me, so a driver that specifically delivers Amazon sold products and there were no purchases, just a 2 year old account.
