Mothered is incredible, he does it because he can, Mothered is extremely special, I have been so blessed to have his knowledge and advice, here and in life. I don't know how he does it, but he does and is spot on perfect. He, and others here, have changed my life, and saved it. I definitely am not the man I am today without him. He got me to be the best I can be given my situation. Others helped too. I can't believe how lucky we are he is here, just incredible. He is top of the list in many of my categories. Blessed and so honored! Enjoy his knowledge and wisdom. He does it, and is spot on all the time. I'm serious when I say I'm not here without Mothered and others!

I went through the same dam thing and it was similar but worse. I had all those 3 day wait, investigate, etc, I think I spoke to 20 different people mostly by chat. And the worst part is my items show at different locations right on their own site, yet I was still required a PR, which the got, and they must have asked a 100 times for a URL, has anyone got the URL question, to confirm the PR. They don't do that any where I'm located and was the biggest stumbling block. I got all the way to a refund being issued, then was notified it was cancelled, I then got emails from individuals asking what the issue is and they would help me. And they started the whole process over again. They had everything twice, and I just had to hang on. Worst part was the items showed delivered else where and signed by unknown. Finally got a refund notice and email, but they screwed that up too, I don't know if that was on purpose. They came at me hard with stuff, but I took it as normal for what was going on. This requesting a PR was BS, and then the URL, which is BS, issue a refund and then deny it 3 days later BS. It worked out in the almost 3 months
Has anyone had the URL request and what did you do, they would not take no for an answer. You can't confirm a PR over the internet or phone.
Best thing was to weather the storm, and keep track, and respond to everyone.
To the OP, is your last update meaning you were successful? If not, keep at it, you followed Mother's advice, you will succeed.
I hope you did, let us know what your last update means.

Wow that sounds like such a tiring experience I would have been so frustrated if I had to deal with what you did.
It's good that there was a similar 3 day 'protocol' though, I guess this can help guide future SE's for users on what to expect for this particular scenario/
