Success! So I thought I’m gonna try to my luck again and contacted Lenovo Premium support and told them my laptop needed repairs.
They sent me a UPS label so I did a UPS scan edit so the tracking showed that the laptop had been signed and delivered to their workshop. I gave them the UPS receipt and a receipt from the retailer.
After a few days i called them and asked how long the repairs would going to take. A couple of days they told me. A couple of days later they e-mailed me and told they could not find my laptop.
They started a investigation with UPS and after 30 days later they closed the investigation without finding anything and the laptop got a ”lost” status.
After two months of calls, escalations, special teams, and e-mails. I finally got an e-mail from their top EMEA Customer communication bitch telling me they have closed the case and no that they would not do anything thing do help me. Then silence. No explination. No response of my e-mails and the reps on the phone could not give me any answers because they did not had not a clue why they would shut down the case.
I hade legit receipt, tracking number and everything so I was 100% sure they would offer me a replacement or some kind of other compensation. But no, I don’t know where I fucked up.
I think they know they somehow fucked up and lost my laptop and had a feeling I was SEIng them and don’t know the method I used. https://sinister.li/Thread-Lenovo--163209 no point in me trying ftid then thanks for sharing

Escalate your claim on the grounds that Insufficient evidence was used to decline It.

How does a UPS scan edit work? Is that just photoshopping the tracking or something else?

Probably an insider at UPS. All edits I ordered were made in the same city so the tracking always started there in a place in the Netherlands,
