DHL have concluded their investigation and confirmed they delivered correctly according to GPS and this was also signed for upon receipt.

So i sent them an email saying signature isn't enough proofe, or any better answer?

Also say that you'll open an Investigation and cross-check their records with yours - specifically to see whether there's any Inconsistencies. Evidently there will be, hence you can provide them your very own signature, which will ultimately deem their findings Inconclusive.
