I don't remember every event of your claim, so did you forward the above evidence to Amazon?

My account was unlocked, before I was blocked I was approved for a refund - now it is gone, I also received a message from bezus team, where they say that my refund has not been processed and therefore I can not get my money. At the same time when I call infoline I get information that they see this refund and about to be activated and it just needs to be activated in the system and they are doing it.

My name is D and I am a member of the Amazon Account Services team. Jeff Bezos received your email and I am responding on his behalf.
I understand you're concerned about your account being closed. While I know you're disappointed with our stance on this matter, I want to assure you the information you received is correct. We've found your account is directly related to another account which has been previously closed due to the violation of our policies.Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we're unable to discuss other accounts with you, and the decision to close your account is a final one. I’m sorry for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding.
Regarding your return order 02. According to our records, the item you returned was not processed by our returns department.
We can only issue a refund after the item has been processed by our returns team.

In turn, in the mail, I constantly receive letters where they refer to a letter from the bezus team.
I'm sorry about the problem with your returns from order #
I found that you received an email on 2022 with the subject Your E-mail to Amazon.de– Re: informing you about your account.
For assistance regarding your refund , please reply to the above email with all relevant information.
Our specialist team will get back to you within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your email.

the paradox is that they have already confirmed my return. now for each of my messages I get this automatic response, after which I send the information to them with all the evidence and then again silence. Before that, they said that the return would happen even despite the blocking of the account, then they said that you need to unblock the account, now the account is unblocked and they just football me in a circle

Ridiculous to say the least.

How did you respond to their communication above?

I only saw this message after I was unblocked, because this message came directly to the account. There is no way for me to respond to this message as there is no return address to reply. I sent them once again all the evidence and sent screenshots of communication with their agents where they assured that all received to the warehouse and all is well, but so far it does not give the desired results, they just keep quiet, and when I go to chat again, asking to wait and repeat the procedure.

In turn, when I call Infoline, they see the refundThey say it's fine. and say that it was just suspended due to the blocking of the account. They say they will make a request and the money will get to me without any problems, they say that everything is fine now and that there are no obstacles to getting a refund. But again, it's been over 48 hours and nothing has changed

Did Infoline provide an estimated time of when the refund Is expected?

Lol, I was supposed to get an answer and my refund today, but instead my account was once again blocked without explanation. And now they tell me again, to get a refund we must first unblock your account, and then we can refund your money. I do not know what to do. I sent repeated emails to ofm, jeff with all the information and all the evidence

My goodness, they've got you running around In circles.

Is there a senior management team at Infoline?

No, there is no upper management, they can only pass on requests and requests to departments...I feel like a character in the movie Groundhog Day. I'm getting closer and closer to making a chargeback, I don't see any other options. I sent them all the proof: tracking numbers, chat messages, official letters from them confirming the return and receipt of my parcels and goods, as well as screenshots of the account

The paradox is that Previously they made a partial refund, and based on that logic, they should have made a full refund, since they received my items and confirmed it, and now they say otherwise

I will wait until the end of the week, but I don't think I can get anything out of them. I collected all the evidence, described everything in detail, now we will wait

It may well come to that.

You have a lot of evidence In support of your claim, so I don't see any grounds on which the chargeback can be declined.

Yes, It won't hurt to wait another week.

With any luck, It may be approved, though It's doubtful.

Lol, they unblocked my account, I don't understand anything anymore. As I go to support, they ask me to wait 28-48 hours again, and send me the "standard message" I attached above. And as I call infoline, they say there is no problem and they send a request to unfreeze my transaction and in 24-48 hours I will get the message...comedy

They're continually contradicting themselves and giving you false hopes with every communication.

We'll see what happens at the end of the week. If they continue with this nonsense, hit a chargeback.
