How is everyone obtaining the IMEI showing on the phone? I can’t find any online..

I don't believe so,sure it just said a photo of phones IMEI, which could be *#06# screenshot, photo of back of phone or pic of box I guess

They are asking me for the same screenshot, Does someone have a sample or psd file?

For a receipt, I used the Amazon receipt mansion and sent a screenshot. I then got a request for a PDF which I sent but now has the following request:

“ Could you please provide us with the original invoice in the original PDF format as supplied by the retailer?
Please ensure to download the document directly from your Amazon account.”

Not sure if the file name or format should be different … has anyone had a similar response?

My guess is there is to many of us sharing the same IMEI and there starting to notice haha

Thanks. I don’t think it’s a duplicate IMEI as I’ve already tried a different number where I got a pop up box on the initial page which said a claim had already been submitted.
