The Samsung Galaxy S22 Is packaged with two circular clear seals on each end of the box, which are not difficult to remove and reseal, hence the sealed box method Is compatible.

I dont know why they dont give refunds....and about the DNA method, i think that they dont ask for OTP but i haven't ordered such a costly product so i dont know about that.

I actually ordered earphones and then they were faulty so i tried to return them and then it showed that it can only be replaced not refunded....and thats why i think that they don't give refunds

They are only eligible for replacement. Many other products can be refunded.

If anyone can help me, I just got airpod pros and a case from Amazon and I got out of a chat with support and I said it was an eb and he said he’d move me up to the special team that handles this and I got an email saying that they won’t be refunding me and I can contact the authorities if I want to go further. Anyway I can sort this out?
