I see now that on the order details and email confirmation they never said OTP password will be required since the item is signed paid for 00.00€,i think this thing bypassed their security system of high value items.
If the situation remains this DNA will be the next move😁

If i were you i would tell the truth about what happened now, contact them and say you got a cable instead of phone, they should refund you
