I don't see why they require photos - the goods were missing, which pretty much speaks for Itself.

At any rate, they've accepted your claim an It's moving forward, which Is obviously a positive sign.

They asked me to do photos when I did RayBan, so I think this is just their procedure. I’m pretty certain you’ll get a refund within 3-5 days. Good luck.

Yes, It certainly Is their procedure/protocol.

From an assessment standpoint, I can't see what can possibly be gained.

Was just notified that my refund would be processed in 3-5 working days. Thanks @mothered and @BitPlayer for your guidance, the entire process was very straightforwards.

Now that's what I like to read.

Good work on your end to ensure a favorable outcome.

I had a different situation, I once bought $20 worth of Gucci sunglasses in Turkey. I thought they were stolen, but they turned out to be just a fake. But I'm not discouraged, because money can be made later. I also read on one website about new technology and that soon different brands will use NFC to protect their products from copying. I think this is right because it's a shame when you buy a product that then turns out to be counterfeit. Check out the collect app if you want to know more about it, or even try this technology in action.

I've experienced the same In Bali and Thailand, namely with other brands of sunglasses.

I must say, they were pretty well made for Imitations.

Just in the middle of one myself. 4 pairs, 3 of which delivered using a national delivery service with the 4th pair delivered internationally, arriving 3 days after the initial package. I'll let you guys know how I get on.
