From terms and conditions I saw they stated you are liable for returns and they wont take responsibility. However Canadian Moose still got refunded

Just double checked it and I was looking at an old link for terms and conditions. They offer a pre-paid label now. Would you say FTID or LIT is the best method going forwards?

Read the terms of the policy again it only allows pre-label for US,Canada,japan and hong kong. International shipping elsewhere have to pay for return and must do so with post office.
