OP might as well post the chat here, since everyone's interested

If OP or anyone else have the chat, please send it over to me as well.

Much appreciated

Thanks

Assessed by a representative who couldn't spell his own name.

Perhaps it worked because of the one-time exception?
Still, its definitly a questionable thing to claim on a computer.

There's no mention of the one-time exception.

The rep/agent would've stated It as the reason for approving the claim.

Still, (assuming that OP is being thruthful here), its rather unlikely that both claims where accepted because of ignorant representatives. There might be some kind of pattern here, which resembles somewhat a one-time exception. OP also claimed that it only worked once per account.

He did say he used a different account from the first SE, so I'm guessing it's abusing the one-time exception after all

You'd be surprised.

I'm referring to just the one claim, namely this:

As said, there's no mention of a one-time exception and If that's the case, he was lucky to have a brain-dead rep approve the claim.

But he said:

1. Apple - iPhone 13 Pro 516gb - £1249 - Empty box (empty outer shipping box - this can only be used once per set of name, address, payment details.
..
4. Apple - MacBook 13inch - £1499 - empty box - exact same as the one above but under different details.

So I'm guessing he DOES refer to the "once per account" thingy after all

Understood, but there's no mention of a "one-time exception".

It states this, which Is not very clear as to what It relates to.
Quote:empty outer shipping box - this can only be used once per set of name, address, payment details.

An empty outer shipping box Is not a one-time exception. There's a lot of ambiguity In the post.

Agree on that, I hope he'll post the chats, I'm quite curious
