As for a phone call, It's an Instant form of communication so you'd need to act there and then, as opposed to delaying your response (to allow time to think) with live chat.

Be sure It's somewhat legible (readable) so when they cross-check the name, It will not be associated to yours, hence It wasn't "you" who signed the delivery.
