I'm not entirely sure on the supported countries. Their website Is pretty vague.

Thx very much. How do I use this with the VDC/VCC? Do I put in the info of the VDC (which is linked to my REAL b4nk account) into the masker (Blur), and then use the masked info as the pay info? If so, what would still be the point of having a VCC, that uses my real credentials?

I've used blur and one thing that sucks is having to use the same billing address. Do you know any services where you can use any billing address? I've been searching and nothing seems to allow it.
