I think they have cctv beacause the agent told me this, My apologies to what happened. I will have this raised with my senior team so that we will be able to know what happen with your parcel. This usually takes 5-8 working days. Don't worry as we will send you an email for an update as soon as possible. And they opening investigations for socks? I just think they have some proof that they were in the pakcage. Or its just their guide to do.
Edit: Seems like they just giving the refund.

If i buy air forces first should I do on this acc or guest? And can i use missing item on that? Beacause I think they gonna crosscheck with postal.

At any rate, If you'll be performing two successive SEs without (at least) one legit purchase In between, hit the Air Forces on a totally different account.

It must be done on a separate account without any association to your primary account.
