The wrong Item will also be purchased from Fenwick -that may also be sent from the manufacturer. If not, It doesn't change the fact that every Item was ordered from Fenwick.

Quick question.. if second item arrives in smaller packaging shall I take the picture in the box the SE item came in? I have a feeling the second item I order may come in plastic whereas my SE item came in a cardboard box.
Well I must actually as delivery picture shows the box.

please could you kindly reply to this email with images of the items received, packaging and delivery note. Upon receipt of the images, we will contact you accordingly.
I will of course say packaging was disregarded. Shall I include the delivery note of the item I want to SE? Or say it never came with one
