I'm seeing yet another refunding service saying they can easily hit google.ca for phones, with reship, but I'm not gonna give them 20%... why is it always Canada? What's the trick with it?

After the first order, I claimed the phone would not boot correctly and therefore they offered to send me a replacement device with a pending payment so as long as I returned the Original Device within 21 days the second charge would not commence. After the second phone was received I basically boxed them for the first device.

Nowing Boxing them was the risky option but also probably the only option as I see a high percentage of people attempt the boxing method and fail so I think it can almost entirely depend on luck sometimes. There were a lot of backwards and forwards emails regarding the second device to save me time and sanity.. I just returned the second device to help smooth over the first method. Once they recived the 2nd device they were happy to release my refund.

Overall... Wouldnt recommend pain in the ass especially from the UK side of things due to the fact they use DHL and they are a pain in the ass... I am not sure on this CA method but I do also hear people saying it is very easy. But if you were after the phone personally I would do it on amazon or maybe another site depending on your Location.

In terms of returns, I certainly agree.

As for receipt of goods, namely with the DNA, I find that DHL (at times) tend to be slack with verifying their consignments by way of signatures.

So, you just sent them an empty box with seals or what? That would put you with 2 phones while paying for one, correct? Not quite "free" but still a good deal I guess

No no, So the first phone returned was boxed and then the second one was returned in full so I still recived 1 Phone completly free, As the boxed was refunded and then the second phone being returned in full was also refunded

I see, but why not just box the first one then?
Also, completely empty parcel or sealed box?

Cool, I should definitely give it a try, did you use a throwaway Google account as well?
Also, why the RMA part and not just box the first one?
Thanks for all the infos BTW

Old thread but can confirm DHL is a pain in the ass. Very persistent
