If it’s dpd go for Manual RTS

I don’t think you can E. Anything that sells Dell, the items are too heavy, and the weight will be picked up by the scales of the courier, all things that will go against your claim and will make it fail. Follow mothered’s advice, try with EB and we will work solutions as the case goes ahead. Keep is updated

I was recently denied an EB from a discrepancy of ±20g. That is 125g without the item, 146g with the item (item itself weighs 21g).
Some carrier now has the ability to detect that. Even that of my local post office.
