Good work.

As per usual, please keep us updated.

Newegg Is difficult to deal with at the best of times, even with straightforward claims. so be prepared for their arrogance and noncompliance.

What's the weight of the GPU?

Agreed. If you open a PP case though, they're quick to offer a refund I found in the past. It's been years though so idk if they're still the same.

Newegg has become worse over the years In their claims department, but If your SE has been effectively formulated, I certainly agree that PayPal will sort out their mismanagement.

Say you got it and send it back with FTID.

No point, they handed me a much easier method to work.

@mothered This is exactly what I did. I requested escalation while also claiming via PP and mentioned their neglect. I'm confident this will go in my favor.

Any update?

This SE has been active for a month, so I'd assume some developments have unfolded since the OP's last point of contact.

@mothered

I bet you all thought this was over!

Anyways, JUST got a escalated pp case response and they denied.

I'm wondering what my options are at this point. I never really claim through my CC but I'm wondering if that's my only other option.

What was PayPal's reason to decline the claim?
