Did it right away as I got home, like the worried honest citizen that I am, someone probably stole my very expensive package!
They'll wait until tomorrow to see if the package comes up or whatever, then I can contact them again to proceed further

Some companies will ask to wait for a few days and In the Interim, check with the neighbours, and then move forward with the claim. Please keep us updated.

I did it right away because the courier phoned me when he left the package, so I was totally expecting to find it there when I got home, so after a quick check with my neighbors I realized it was missing and contacted them, as I'm seriously worried about the big loss!

I will email them tonight, saying I still didn't get any update nor the package
I could be flagged, most likely, but that's fine, I mean, I make over 100 real orders each year on this account, I think I'm a fairly good customer after all

So I wrote them an email again saying I still haven't had any update nor my package, they said that, for them, the package is successfully delivered so they can't help me further
BUT, they also said to go file a police report and let them have it in case I want more help, so I guess it's still ongoing, I'll be filing it tomorrow

I guess they can't help me as of now, without a report, because later in the mail they say
