Why though? It is a clean and my only account so they have the address anyways. If I would make another account then it'd probably make sense to use a locker.

Alright, so I talked to some agent via the live chat and they immediately asked me if I would like a replacement or refund. I've told them to refund and they said that it's now initiated. Seems like I'm so close to complete my first SE. Thank you so much for your help, all of you!
Also, I have a question: amazon sometimes takes pictures when they leave a delivery in front of my door and sometimes don't. However I just saw that I can "turn off" taking pictures. Is that something I should consider for future possible SEs? I know that it doesn't even matter for DNAs but I feel like it'd make it even easier as it's an appartment building. What are your thoughts on this?

Thank you, I have received an email a few minutes ago which states that they have processed my refund.

Sorry about the poor wording there. As you are aware of they often (only sometimes over here) take pictures of the delivery on the porch or in front of the appt. door. I can see the picture from my last delivery in my account and there is a button under it which says something along the lines of "Don't take delivery pictures". I was just wondering if I should "turn off" the pictures they take. I hope that makes sense now.

If the option Is there, by all means turn It off but due to company protocol, under certain circumstances they may still take photos.
