Sorry to bother you what’s a Pr ? Does that mean my PEB won’t work ?

RE: UK Clothing Refunds - PjdeP - 11-05-2021

By no means. PR (Police Reports) are to scare of people but after you complete it they automatically refund you.

Holy shit then why were people telling me Adidas was easy ? Police reports are kinda a long thing I am not trying to get caught or something and even if I do a police report it will take at least a month and plus why would I do a police report if I received the package but only two items out of 4 were missing ( 2 most expensive)?

On the grounds the package was received without tampering, It's not a theft-related Incident, so the officer will probably refuse to provide the report.

Can't say for sure.

If they do, It's only required for administration purposes, so there's no cause for concern.
Simply file one.

EB.

AirPods have a very high success rate with the missing Item method from Amazon. The Image below, Is a legit claim that had no complications obtaining a replacement.

Yo bro I just received an email from Amazon saying’We have fully investigated this matter, including with the delivery carrier who delivered the package. Based on the outcome of our investigations, we believe the package was delivered to the correct address. In particular, we have considered information from our records, as follows which indicate the item as delivered:

- the timed geocode stamp of the delivery location;
- information collected at the point of delivery; and
- the package weight and reported condition upon delivery.

Accordingly, based on our investigations, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time. If you think that someone has intercepted your item without your permission, this is a crime, and we recommend that you contact your local authorities if necessary in order to pursue this matter further.

If the issue isn't resolved after contacting local police, please contact us back at uk-deliveryinvestigation@Amazon.co.uk during the business hours of the related police department with the URL to the online police report or the following information:

- The police report number regarding this incident
- The name of the related station
- Crime Reference Number/URL of report/Reference number provided
- [If reported to a local station over the phone: The name and badge number of reporting officer, and contact number of the station.]
- [If reported to the police online: Provide a reference number (if any).]
Please contact us back when the police report is complete. We are unable to accept police reports that are in “pending” or any other incomplete status.
A separate police report is needed for each day packages were delivered. Please note: to assist in obtaining a police report, we recommend that you provide a copy of this email to the police to help explain what has happened. We will happily cooperate with the police as part of any investigation.’
should I say that I received the product and the box of the AirPods but not the AirPods itself ? Please reply ASAP
