Guy was off 2 days now he called me and said that's the first situation that happened and always someone sends an item. Unfortunately unsucessful. He said that police report might give a little but I don't wanna deep into that. Maybe boxing would be better.

Yeah it was disposal but I "disposed" it after getting return label.

I said that after work I can go there and try to find a laptop but probably some people threw it out to thrash due to environment.

He believes but he said that he receives defective devices even if something like that happens to them. He turned my problem to upper guys but with no evidence they declined to cooperate.

Declined cause of no evidences (even if rep believes me) but he said that I can always turn to him for help.

Chat agent wanted picture of destroyed laptop. Rep from escalation team wanted it back cause his supervisor declined replacament where there's no circumstantial evidence to go on with claim. Only my words which were pretty amazing cause I think that I played it really well but still not enough. Thank you for your help, that taught me a lot and I gained a lot of expierience. However I will downgrade my objectives and try to SE common companies like Logitech etc. Or maybe I will try something more to SE'ing. What I mean is that methods for logitech are public and still work so I just have to find SN and buy some pictures/videos from the guy. I believe it's just a protocol that does not require brain at all. But still I will try then go further. Thank you again.

Take the positive out of the negative. This was a good learning experience for you, hence you're now aware of what to expect with future SEs and the Importance of researching and preparing your method beforehand.
