So now they want the broken CPU back in the next 30 days.
What should I do?
Saying something like I'm ill or have COVID isn't working because they gave me 30days.

You making some nice progress. Did you get an advanced replacement/exchange or are they asking you to send them back the faulty cpu first before then finalising a replacement order??

On amazon it says: 79.38 gram
But they've sent me a prepaid label with 500gr.
In their email it says: Only the CPU

Well If they're requesting only the CPU be returned, you'll be fine without using dry Ice.

no thanks after i received photos of the parcel i sent from amd tech support i felt enough shame if failing and i gave up Smile. If i will ever attempt another one i will definetly use this forums help

@xVita Any updates on this? Did you box them?
I've just got my RMA approved, that's why i'm asking. I might box them since the CPU is lightweight.
