But i don't think it proves anything. As far as someone is concerned on the footage there is a box with a couple of items inside, but where it's goes fromĀ there can't be shown or proved. This could be another box for another customer, you can't see the shipping label or all the items inside, to compare them with the invoice.Timestamps are recorded with every order placed on the conveyor belt, and then matched with the footage taken by the overhead cameras on the packing bench. The evidence Is the association between both records. (12-10-2020, 11:04 AM)db8803 Wrote: i filed a claim with PP and now i am waiting for their decision. At least i don't see anything else when i review the caseA lot happens behind the scenes that's unbeknownst to the account holder. Hopefully there's no mention of their camera footage. RE: Mindfactory SE - soulracc - 12-10-2020 I once tried to DNA a company that wouldn't cancel an order. I gave them plenty of notice to cancel my order within a timely manner and I used PP to try and dispute it with DNA. PP threw away my DNA claim when the company showed the tracking information showing delivered. I was pretty pissed so I had to call my bank and used them to dispute it lol. I rarely do chargebacks but screw PP. Not that it relates to this but I just wanted to share my experience with PP disputes.
