Police said it was a civil matter and wouldn’t proceed any further Amazon wanted the crime ref number as soon as I gave this refund issued.
SE very easy from start to finish however I won’t be doing it again on this account as they really do dig deep and likely to suspend account if you are doing this regularly.

just came off live chat for my refund, they told me to return it and they'll refund it for me, no mention of a case or investigation

I notice amazon keep the serial number of the product when they ship the apple watch as it shows on my amazon account.
Would the missing watch face work and still be usable?
