After all, that's why they're adamant on sending It back. So Do you have to say from the beginning that the liquid leaked from the battery impaired the computer itself? Bump, this is a question. In other words, the heat caused It to buckle and fuse to the laptop. If need be, Photoshop some Images In support of your claim. As such you will have to disassemble it and remove it. As you are not a specialist you do not wish to do so especially when the there is the potential of the battery igniting again. If they're still adamant on removing It, tell them you've cut yourself quite badly during the process, and there's blood all over the unit. This can be manipulated In so many ways. I mean size to me would be an issue as the laptop is a specific popular brand that looks a certain way and it is a big version of said product. I believe I would burn one beyond visually noticing that it's smaller or that specific brand, but I feel as though if they opened the internals that would be a giveaway.
