Every time an air freight shipment Is scanned by Its "code" (barcode), the respective AWB number Is automatically updated during transit until It reaches Its destination. This Is why you can track your package just by referencing Its AWB number. It basically ensures tracking from sender to receiver. (08-07-2020, 09:29 AM)Razvanfur Wrote: I want to replicate this but the woman working at the post office insisted on having the awb number on the package and put it herself on my second ftid attempt I sent. What exactly happened? The AWB Is Issued by the air carrier, so unless she already had the documents on hand, I don't understand how she put It on herself. (08-07-2020, 09:29 AM)Razvanfur Wrote: The way I see it this is probably even better than returning with the amazon courier as there is literally nothing linking me to the order except the awb.Just to confirm, are the "sender's details" (yours) on the AWB not linked to you In any way? Can't quote like you do I can't figure it out so basically I create the awb at home and put it on the letter with whatever details I want and no order info at all. The first one I sent was this one that worked apparently and I had removed the awb number itself aswell and just left the barcode on it and the fake sender. The second time there was another post office worker who wanted to have the awb on it before sending it so she remade the label herself on the spot, still with a fake sender and the old details except it has the awb number on it and the barcode numbers under the barcode itself They aren't linked to me at all, I figured next time I can just edit the awb number on the label before putting it but it wouldn't change anything as I don t think it even matters. I think it they also put in a new label when it reached Eurodis the distributing company they're a part of since there were 2 different trackings numbers at the end. SO basically I am asking if it makes any difference to edit the AWB into a fake one, just the number on the label and if it changes anything at all. Or I just wait for the cooler employer to send it without. I can edit whatever I want on the label like sender, whats inside, weight and there is nothing to link me to the order at all. Wait but since there's literally no order details and its just an empty collet sent their way won't they just throw it anyway or whatever after enough time since there is nothing linking it to any order? As such, there's no reason to keep It. The point was just to have the fake awb on the label when I give it to the post office and the real one on the barcode scan, so it will be fine and it won't stop it from being delivered you say. Yes that's the only way but here's what I could do, have another modified receipt with the right name to prove it's me in case I need to do that, it would be easy to do. So in theory all I have to do is send it under the fake sender details and have another modified self-made one with the right sender just in case they ask for it. The only way it fails if they keep the package for some reason but I am thinking of just sticking some crazy insane religious stickers on it RE: international courier amazon - mothered - 08-07-2020 (08-07-2020, 12:13 PM)Razvanfur Wrote: The point was just to have the fake awb on the label when I give it to the post office and the real one on the barcode scanUnderstood, but what do you wish to achieve by this, namely the fake AWB to the "post office?". If this Is the case with you, then It will work. In fact, this Is precisely what I documented In one of my tutorials on my blog. Be sure they're clearly visible, but don't overdo It. You're right it would do nothing, I thought they might manually search for the awb or something in case they keep it but it would make no sense. You're right, even so since it's even a fake sender of a person that doesn't even exist the only way this fails if they keep it there for 2 weeks for some reason. I'll go read the tutorials because this whole thing is really interesting and fun not even considering the money aspect. I really want to see if the one I sent in the UK for that return will work since I had 2 failed empty boxes there and the first one shut down that account and I will try to ftid the second return with that sent shipment. It arrived there before I made the return request on the website but it;s the same address RE: international courier amazon - mothered - 08-07-2020 (08-07-2020, 12:41 PM)Razvanfur Wrote: I really want to see if the one I sent in the UK for that return will work since I had 2 failed empty boxes there and the first one shut down that account and I will try to ftid the second return with that sent shipment. It arrived there before I made the return request on the website but it;s the same addressI'm also Interested to see whether It works. so here is the current situation. I have 2 returns to amazon.co.uk, one is on a completelty blocked account and one in a partially blocked one that will be unlocked soon as it was my dad's credit card and sent them the proper bank statements. I also only sent one FTID package there and it was changed by the courier lady to have all the details on it, fake ones but still. I emailed them on the shut down account as a joke and surprisingly theyre responding to my refund and return email even if they shutdown the account, I've given them the same receipt, screenshots and data like i did in the french one and I will see if it will work again. If it does I will use the same tracking for the other return aswell, since its the same amount of money, or maybe send another ftid it this one works. So I've learned that even if an account is shutdown completely FTID can work as long as the return process is started. One week of them saying they haven't found it and I have to talk to the courier I used and me basically spamming them with all caps-locked emails about losing my phone and calling them insane since the tracking says delivered but in the end it worked somehow. I hope my refund goes through since it was bought with a now-deleted extra virtual revolut credit card. After and if it does I will try to get a refund with the same tracking number on another ftid sent to uk since i got nothing to lose by trying. |
