Try the chat bot thing for this item and say it didn't arrive. Sometimes it will allow you to have a refund.
If not, you should definitely box, or if you know how to, ftid them.

The item's box with the cpu/cooler inside is 1.73 lbs / .78 kg. And its 5.31 in x 5.31 in x 5.31 in. The amazon box though just says 2 pounds.

Yeah at this point Im guaranteed the CPU so im only trying to SE the cooler.

The cooler (with its little box) weighs 1.42 lbs/.64 kg. Its pretty much most of the package weight all by itself.
