One of my laptops Is worth 3,000$, so I certainly won't be hitting It.

you might be thinking i slap my laptop hard answer is no i just do a knock knock not that much pressure that it may get damage ...i was thinking may be cables get loose as i think because these devlivery men dont care much and do jump all that while driving this is why never prefer online like this ... All these things happen to me as same happen to him on same laptop after he purchase .
However, there's no mention of a "factory reset".

This Is the only way that you'll Identify whether It's a software or hardware Issue.

bro seems like your laptop cooling fan vents are choked, try cleaning them.

Yes i have faced such issue with HP their WIFI card was near the cooling system so when ever the laptop heated up it ended up damaging the wifi card its very small

As long as they're making a profit, they don't seem to care about consumer's needs.
