The problem I think is the card still uses your name, and if you type it wrong the card.company decline the purchase.. and also amazon now has an algorithm that makes sure you cant mistype your address... it corrects the address for you after you've submitted your mistyped one... its pretty good at it too...
Has anyone got round this?

Have you tried sending it to a friends address and also using a virtual cared? Revolut have disposable ones and it's quite easy to set up. You do however need to use your real name.

yeah but im doing like 10 normal small orders of things i actually need then doing one big se.. and then repeating with new account.. managed to do it like 20 times before address got blacklisted cos i did a really obvious one really quickly. i doubt i have friends that want endless packages.. wanna do like 15 next time.. probably with my mums address.. but its a long drive there so was wondering if there was a way to keep doing the same addy.. any new account i can still use but if i order ranything that requires a signature it gets closed immediately after the order cos its linked by address and or card name

Have you any parcel motels near your location? They might work? I'm not too knowledgable with this social engineering craic, so I'm just suggesting what I know myself.

so does just using a new dedicated/static vpn with a new instance of firefox with all history/cookies deleted not work? will they still link you ?

Opt for a server that's shared by thousands of users. The objective Is to be part of the majority, and not the minority. Using any of the major browsers (FF, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera etc) will suffice.

Has amazon ever investigsted people after banning them?? I though they just ban and thats it.

im guessing you are speculating here.. has there been any cases you know of that went past just closing accounts and banning addresses?
and what can they do with these investigations, i mean you said a bunch of packages didnt arrive.. theres no proof that it wasnt a miss scan or the delivery guy was stealing em.. what they gonna do call the police lol? My house has been robbed three times in my life the police just file a report and get on their way.. I dont see what else they can actually do in this investigation.. your address is banned.. doesnt go further than that.
